Shipping policy

We ship across India, and shipping is free on every order.

Where we ship

We currently deliver only to addresses in India. We do not ship outside India yet.

When your order ships

• Pre-orders: your order ships on the batch dispatch date shown on the product page and at checkout when you place it.

• In-stock orders: dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment.

If your batch is delayed, we will email you with the new date. 

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. To change it, email support@mywisbo.com before your order is dispatched. We cannot change the address once it is in transit.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. If it arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours as explained in our Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy.
