Terms of service

These terms apply when you use mywisbo.com, buy from us, or use the Wisbo device and app. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

mywisbo.com is run by Yoome Playlab Private Limited, 704, Corporate Avenue, Wing-A, Sonawala Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063 ("Wisbo", "we", "us"). Our store runs on Shopify, but Shopify is not the seller. Every sale is made by us.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us or create a Wisbo app account. You buy for personal or family use, not for resale.

3. Pre-orders

You pay the full amount when you place a pre-order.
Your order ships on the batch dispatch date shown when you ordered.
Dispatch dates are our best estimate. If a batch is delayed, we will email you.
Once placed, a pre-order cannot be cancelled.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

5. When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price or description on the site was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. The product is your responsibility once it is delivered to you.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

8. Using your Wisbo device and app

The stories, audio and characters on Wisbo are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use at home. Buying a device or character does not give you ownership of the content.
Do not copy, record, extract, share or sell Wisbo content.
Do not take apart, reverse-engineer or modify the device or its software.
We may send software updates to your device over Wi-Fi to fix problems or add features.
We may add, change or retire content over time.
You are responsible for keeping your app login private.

9. Safety

Use Wisbo under adult supervision. It is recommended for children aged 3 and above. Read the safety warnings in the user manual before first use.

10. Our intellectual property

The Wisbo name, logo, characters, stories, audio, designs, website and software belong to Yoome Playlab Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use any of it without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or courier strikes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. This does not stop you from approaching a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
